When will I receive my entry number?
Your entry number for the competition draw will be randomly allocated and published on our website in advance of the live draw. This will not happen until all entries have been sold. When you purchase an entry you will receive an Order Number as proof of your purchase.
Do I need to be a member of Edendork GAC to buy an entry?
No. The draw is open to anyone. Upon purchasing an entry, you will become a social member of Edendork GAC from the day you purchase the entry until the draw has been completed.
How do I enter?

Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 worldwide.
Can you pay offline?
Yes entries can be purchased from any club member, by contacting the club on social media or by emailing admin@edendorkgac.com
Can anyone attend the event?
The draw venue will be open to all Club Social members.
How many Entries are on sale for the Competition?
There is no limit to the number of entries which will be sold.
When is the competition draw?
28th June 2024, however the organising committee shall endeavour to bring the draw forward to an earlier date should the draw sell out quicker. Any changes to the date of the draw will be advertised and promoted to all members on the website and the various social media channels.
What happens if you do not sell all the Tickets by the closing date?
5000 entries are required in order for the draw to take place. For more information see our terms and conditions.
What are the details of the prize?
A 2024 VW Golf 8 R-Line 2.0 TDI 150PS 6-speed Manual 5 Door.
How will the prize will be drawn?
All people who purchase an entry will be randomly given a number. This list will be published prior to the draw taking place on our website and social media platforms. The competition winner will be selected using the Google random number picker. This will be recorded and broadcasted live online whilst also be independently monitored live by a third party adjudicator.
Will the Draw be independently observed?
Yes, the Draw will be independently observed by an accounting firm. We also recommend that you read the terms & conditions page prior to entering.
Will you be streaming the draw online?
Yes – we will be streaming the event live.
When will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified within 14 days from date of the prize draw
Can the winner take a cash alternative?
The draw is as stated on the winwithedendork.com webiste, However the club may be willing to consider a suitable cash alternative only if agreement can be reached.
Can the winner sell the car?
Yes, the property will be legally theirs, so they can do what they please with it.
What happens if my answer is incorrect?
Only correct answers will be entered into the competition.

No, you will receive your Order Number via an automated email from this website. If it does not arrive in your Inbox please check your Spam/Junk Folder before emailing admin@edendorkgac.com.
